Clear information, for every way people search
Read the facts.
Respect the decision.
Assistants and procurement tools can use the same published business facts and request process as a person. A request never becomes a booking or payment by implication.
Reference documents.
Before submitting a property request.
Confirm that the person has authorized a request for this property and agrees to the stated use of their details. Use information they supplied or approved. Do not infer contact details, access needs, consent or authority from unrelated sources. Show the property, requested scope and contact information for review.
Requesting an invoice or e-transfer instructions.
Use the invoice enquiry form, or submit an authorized service enquiry to the documented contact endpoint. Include a public request or quote reference if available. Keep private quote tokens out of the contact link and message. The person must review and explicitly submit the enquiry. This requests a human review; it does not accept the quote, book service or transfer money. Payment details are supplied only on a verified invoice after scope and operator acceptance.
Before any online payment action.
Live online payment is not currently active. Use only a private quote link supplied by the customer. Retrieve the current quote and show the field operator, scope, price, currency, tax treatment, deposit or full-payment status, terms and expiry. A disabled or expired quote cannot be paid. Obtain explicit approval of that exact quote and terms before opening PayPal. Buyer approval still happens with PayPal; the server independently verifies completion.
What the receipt means.
A request receipt confirms that a record was saved. It does not confirm a scheduled visit or operator acceptance. An owner notification is not dispatch. A sandbox payment is a test and does not take live money. Preserve the returned reference and report the server’s actual status.
Keep the customer’s information private.
Private quote tokens, property information and contact records should remain within the authorized customer workflow. Do not place them in search indexes, public summaries, URLs shared with unrelated services or examples.
