What you choose to provide
A request may include your name, contact details, organization, property address, requested services, timing, notes and optional property photographs. Provide only what is needed to assess the work. Do not submit gate codes, alarm credentials, health information, tenant lists or unrelated private documents.
How the information is used
Request information is used to assess service fit and availability, prepare or clarify a quote, respond to the request and administer an accepted arrangement. Details relevant to the work may be shared with the field-service operator identified for the proposed service. A request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Photographs
Photos are optional. Check images for faces, vehicle plates, private records and location information you do not intend to share. Submitted images form part of the request record and are not published as project photographs through this form.
Payments
When enabled for an approved quote, PayPal processes the payment through its own service. This website does not ask you to enter card details into the request form. PayPal’s privacy terms apply to information you provide to PayPal. Payment references and status may be retained with the quote record.
Storage and access
Information is retained for the purpose of assessing requests and administering accepted work, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. Do not use this website as a secure channel for highly sensitive material.
Corrections and privacy requests
Use the privacy enquiry form below, or email privacy@unwinter.ca, to ask about your record, correct details or request deletion where applicable. Include your request reference if you have one. Additional verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed. Do not send identity documents through this form.
Website behaviour
The request form does not store your entered details in browser local storage. Technical service logs may record information needed to operate and protect the website. External websites, including PayPal and Saskatoon Reno, have their own policies.
Changes to this notice
The effective date above identifies this version. A specific accepted agreement may contain additional privacy or recordkeeping terms relevant to the work.
